Call me a whiner any day

It's one of the best things we have at OutSystems nowadays: our ability to change. How quickly we adapt to new realities and move to something better. And everyone is open to listen to your ideas.

Since I've joined this team I learned to challenge things. I also learned to be a whiner. A big one. I don't mind. "Whining is the first step toward change. It’s the moment when you realize something is very wrong and that you have to take the initiative to do something about it." I rather raise the flag, gather feedback and understand how to move forward. If your company is good, everyone will want to know what problems you're having and help you.


So, cry. Complain. Complain again. Whine. Then move yourself! Make things better!
